Due to our dynamic growth, we are expanding our team in Milton Keynes and are currently looking for a Digital Transformation Manager:

Your Responsibilities

  • Being the interface between the local BayWa r.e. Operation Services teams and a corporate digital team focusing on delivering and integrating digital transformation within the Solar & Wind Teams.
  • Developing and championing the “digital mindset” within local service teams by integrating the digital vision, targets, and timeframes.
  • Preparation and delivery of Key Stakeholder’s updates with progress, milestones, and delays for current digital initiatives.
  • Develop an understanding of the operational business to support the mapping of existing processes into pre-existing digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyze, process and present data from solar farms.
  • Be familiar with SQL queries and SQL server processes.
  • Manage the backlog of features to communicate the developers’ future implementations and any correction(s) of software functionalities.
  • Be the local main internal point of contact for advanced/ technical tracking issues and interact with users and projects across platforms.
  • Support of the SCRUM team in estimating the complexity and development efforts.

Your profile

  • Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Administration, or related field advantageous
  • Demonstrated experience interfacing with Clients, gathering data requirements, and gaining a deep dive understanding of key data.
  • Demonstrated experience in Data Management and Business Intelligence in an agile environment.
  • Strong interest in the topics of Data Transformation, Business Intelligence, User Experience and Customer Centricity
  • Have expertise in SQL server, Excel and other Microsoft Office desktop applications.
  • Independent and structured working methodology. Ability to efficiently multi-task, with proficient organizational and time management skills
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a multicultural team, team-oriented working attitude and strong communication skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal.
