As a member of our Corporate Organisation & Change team in munich, you drive digital culture with learning initiatives. As a Digital Transformation & Learning Manager (f/m/d), you catch up on organizational needs and trends to support the Digital Vision & Workplace strategy of our group.

What You Will Do

  • You manage BayWa r.e. Digital Workplace trainings to all employees at all levels worldwide (incl. new hire onboarding and continuous education) with multiple learning methods, following the 70-20-10 model
  • You maintain knowledge of current technologies, new digital projects and IT solution developments in the group
  • You identify needs to transform and further develop our digital culture
  • You act as a Partner with the Business, HR, Marketing / Comm’s and IT/digital stakeholders and subject matter experts, to analyze needs, then prioritize and plan solutions and training initiatives
  • You facilitate, design, develop and deliver trainings for our corporate development towards our digital vision (e.g., cyber security, remote work)
  • You set up world-wide learning initiatives and organize learning activities (incl. videos, eLearning, ILT/classroom, blended, one-on-one coaching, group practice sessions and pilot workshops)
  • You make sure training materials are maintained and functional, you ensure scheduling, comm’s, registrations and logistics
  • You measure training outcomes and effectiveness and continuously improve trainings
  • You coach and support teams before and after training
  • You set-up a training community and establish a knowledge / best practice sharing process
  • You provide standard templates of training design to the group and ensure adoption, (including continuous improvement processes and competence teams)

What You Bring

  • You have a Master's degree in organizational development / behavior, business administration, learning (or similar)
  • You have 6+ years of relevant experience in the field of organizational learning and training - experience in organizational development is a plus
  • You are experinced as a trainer; a plus, experience in digital transformation learning journeys
  • You are high affinity to digitalisation topics and new work
  • You are a strategic thinker with hands-on mentality, where you drive initiatives to results
  • You have strong organizational, problem resolution and social skills to earn trust and to build networks
  • You are a high energy and engaging person, who takes initiative, with contagious level of enthusiasm and adaptability
  • You have Excellent presentation skills in German and English, executing trainings with poise and presence
  • You have proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs (including Sharepoint, Yammer, Teams and Planner)
