Digital Operations Analyst

As a member of an International team, you will be focused on supporting the implementation and expansion of digital resources in a local team, while obtaining support on a global level.

Due to our dynamic growth, we are expanding our team in Milton Keynes and are currently looking for a Digital Operations Analyst:

Your Responsibilities

  • Being the interface between local renewable energy service teams and a central digital team with a focus on the digital transformation.
  • Developing a “digital mindset” within local service teams by emphasizing the digital vision, mission and targets.
  • Driving the digital strategy by regularly updating all stakeholders on process, milestones and delays.
  • Develop deep understanding of the operational business to support the mapping of existing processes and implement efficient process based on digital tools.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to cluster, analyze and process internal data.
  • Understanding of flow diagrams and user case methodology and ability to read scripts, manipulation of simple database tables, and process data feeds to support software implementation initiatives.
  • Turn data into insights for key business stakeholders by creating and updating reports.
  • Manage backlog of features to communicate developers’ future implementations and correction of software functionalities.
  • Be the local main internal point of contact for advanced/ technical tracking issues and interact with users and projects across platforms.
  • Support of the SCRUM teams in estimating the complexity and development efforts.

Your profile

  • Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Administration or related field advantageous
  • Demonstrated experience interfacing with business customers, gathering requirements and gaining a deep dive understanding of key data
  • Demonstrated experience in Data Management and Business Intelligence in an agile environment
  • Strong interest in the topics of Data Transformation, Business Intelligence, User Experience and Customer Centricity
  • High expertise in Excel and the other Microsoft Office desktop applications. SQL and databases experience would be advantageous.
  • Independent and structured working methodology. Ability to efficiently multi-task, with proficient organizational and time management skills
  • You are technically and digitally inclined
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a multicultural team, team-oriented working attitude and strong communication skills
  • Excellent English communication skills both written and verbally, at least one other core market language (German, French, Italian) of advantage
