About the role

To strengthen our Digital Identity team in Munich, we are looking for you as a Senior Consultant (d/m/f). Together with the team, you are fully responsible for the service. With your professional and service-oriented skills, you will further develop the service and thus contribute to the success of BayWa r.e..

What You Will Do

You have end-to-end responsibility for the service "Digital Identity"
You design, implement and operate an Identity and Access Management solution
You are responsible for the complete lifecycle of digital identities
You advise the customers and take their requirements and implement them
You process incoming incidents and service requests in the IAM area
You create and optimize the service processes
You coordinate the external service provider
You create and update the documentation

What You Bring

Completed training in the IT sector (IT Consultant system integration or IT system electronics technician) or comparable
Very good knowledge in the area of Identity and Access Management
Experience in the implementation and operation of IAM tools
At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft, Azure Active Directory, Active Directory, Exchange (Online), Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) and Multi-factor authentication
Experience in the management and implementation of projects
Certification in project management or agile methodology
Certification as “SC-300 Microsoft (Certified) Identity and Access Administrator Associate” beneficial
Very good communication skills and a solution- and service-oriented way of working
High ability to work in a team and independently
Very good German (B2 Better C1) and English (B2 Better C1) spoken and written
