With the help of the local sales staff and a dynamic, multilingual team, the company focuses on supporting local installers from planning to installation. The company has its own warehouses in Hosingen (LU) and Bergen Op Zoom (NL) as well as external warehouses in Belgium, This puts you in an ideal position to serve these markets quickly and effectively.
We are seeking a Demand Planner to join our team. As a Demand Planner, you will be responsible for analyzing customer demand patterns, forecasting future demand, and developing demand plans that meet customer needs while optimizing inventory levels. We are seeking a Demand Planner to join our team. As a Demand Planner, you will be responsible for analyzing customer demand patterns, forecasting future demand, and developing demand plans that meet customer needs while optimizing inventory levels. What You Will Do
- Collect the forecast of the different sales channels.
- Analyse historical sales data and market trends to develop accurate demand forecasts.
- Work collaboratively with other departments, such as sales and operations, to ensure alignment of demand plans with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyse sales data to identify changes in demand patterns and adjust demand plans accordingly.
- Communicate with the supply- and S&OP planner to ensure timely delivery of goods to meet demand.
- Maintain accurate records of demand planning activities and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Incorporate information from new product development and customer feedback into the demand planning process.
- Monitor actual sales performance against the forecast and take corrective action as needed to ensure accuracy.
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, business administration or related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Query/BI.
- Knowledge of the PV industry trends and best practices.
- Fluent in English and German
