About the role
Data Analyst will support Trade SEA in structuring, gathering and analyzing business data that can be used for impactful reporting, sound decision making and streamlining operations.

About the role
Data Analyst will support Trade SEA in structuring, gathering and analyzing business data that can be used for impactful reporting, sound decision making and streamlining operations.
What You Will Do
- Collaborate with regional business stakeholders to collect, extract and analyse useful data.
- Provide operational support for various functions in the organization in regard to data management.
- Structure and analyse large data sets to find usable information, derive forecast, interpret trends and help management make tactical and strategic decision by providing regular reports.
- Analyze structural requirements for new software and applications and migrate data from legacy systems to new solutions.
- Create custom reports & dashboards for business monitoring and control (Power BI, Netsuite, others)
- Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions
- Map business processes together with business and make suggestions for process improvement
- Develop and maintain detailed understanding of business processes and applications, customer needs and priorities
- Document functional requirements utilizing various techniques including use cases, data flow diagrams, swim lanes diagrams, process/workflow diagrams, screen mock- ups, etc.
- Drive & support Digitalization initiatives of the company
What You Bring
- Graduate of B.S. in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Accounting or Economics or relevant field
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or like solutions
- Proven work experience as a Data Architect, Data Scientist, Data Analyst or similar role
- Sound commercial knowledge
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and resolution skills.
- 3-5 years of experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite experience is a plus)
- Extensive experience in SQL language, Oracle and query optimization
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail.
