Controller (d/f/m)
(full- or part-time, home office possible)What You Will Do
- As a member of the Finance & Controlling team, you take responsibility in all areas of the team tasks, such as accounting, cash management, forecasting, mid-term planning and reporting
- With a focus on financial controlling, you contribute to the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements of the legal entity within the BayWa r.e. Group
- You monitor financial KPIs and provide financial reports to stakeholders, such as cost center managers, team leaders or senior management, for steering purposes
- You ensure compliance with BayWa r.e. Group regulations and the timely submission of financial data in accordance to the BayWa r.e. Group reporting schedule
- You strive to improve existing business processes and contribute to optimization projects (e.g. IT-landscape)
What You Bring
- You have acquired an academic degree in Business Economics or comparable, ideally with a focus on Finance and Controlling; A master’s degree is a plus
- You have gained work experience in a Controlling team for a minimum of 3 year, e.g. as a working student or (junior) controller
- You have acquired knowledge of accounting principles according to HGB, IFRS knowledge is a plus
- You have strong analytical skills as well as communication skills and show a fast comprehension in new and complex environments
- You are proficient in MS office, especially Excel, and have basic experience with other IT Systems; SAP knowledge is a plus
- You are fluent in speaking and writing both German and English
