What You Will Do

This is an exciting time to join our team as we grow our Australian business focussing on utility-scale onshore wind, solar and storage.  To support this, we have an exciting opportunity for a Content Manager to join our team on a contract basis working part-time 2-3 days per week.  This role can be based in Sydney, Hobart, Canberra or South-East QLD. 
 
In this new position, the Content Manager will work alongside our Managing Director, and our Development, Construction and HR teams to showcase our business and engage stakeholders. 
 
Our ideal candidate will be a storyteller, creative thinker, a self-driven, highly motivated individual with proven corporate communications skills.  You must have the ability to imagine, plan, organise, execute, review and further develop communication strategies. 
 
Your responsibilities include: 
  • Developing and publishing website content. 
  • Creating and publishing social media content, LinkedIn and Facebook. 
  • Media management, including writing media releases and wrangling inquiries while landing pro-active editorial across non-MSM channels and publications. 
  • Working with our commercial, development and construction teams to create content/collateral to support business development, prospecting, development, construction, tender and proposal activities. 
  • Ensuring brand consistency across all platforms and aligned to global guidelines.

What You Bring

Skills and experience we require from you: 
  • Demonstrated experience in corporate content strategy, planning and production. 
  • Creative and organised, responsible for details.  
  • First-class communication skills (written and verbal). 
  • Be an Ace with LinkedIn and Facebook.  
  • Be able to run a stakeholder engagement campaign, including some events work. 
  • Willing to travel within Australia occasionally, to travel to sites which may involve walking, and/or, driving off-road across site etc. 
 Knowledge of renewable energy is ideal but a passion for renewables is essential.
