As we continue to grow dynamically, we´re seeking a Consultant Organisational Transformation (m/f/d) to become an integral part of our Organisational Development department in Munich.

What You Will Do

You will be responsible for the conseption, implementation and documentation of organisational development and transformation projects with a focus on organisational design (e.g. reorganisations, TOM design, restructurings, post-merger integration)
You design a scalable organisation based on the Group strategy, provide management structures for our further global growth by taking our diverse cultural, regional, and business requirements into consideration
You are responsible for the diagnosis of root causes of critical organisational issues related to dependencies, accountabilities, or inefficiencies
You provide objective data-driven measures for improvement of the company’s structure, e.g. establishing global roles, titles, collaboration platforms, reporting lines, policies etc.
You create efficiently functioning and transparent governance structures and ensure the compliant and timely maintenance of organisational units
You obtain information from all relevant organisational units and ensure the coordination and maintenance of globally binding organisational regulations
You drive our global organisational effectiveness that fosters the „One BayWa r.e. spirit” based on transparency, collaboration and organisational orientation
You support shaping a digital culture into the group-wide everyday business life by developing digital values and setting standards and frameworks

What You Bring

Bachelor/Master degree/educational qualifications with a focus on business administration or economics, business psychology, occupational and organizational psychology, organisational development or related fields
3-5 years of relevant experience in working on organizational development, transformation and design projects in an international environment, organisational transformation consulting experience is a plus
Ideally knowledge of business governance and organisation, as well as different types of business and various support functions
Expert knowledge of advanced concepts in Organisational Development and knowledge of relevant organisational policies and procedures relevant to a global matrix company
Passionate to develop new ideas from scratch. Building solutions from the concept to implementation
Strong business acumen (e.g., daily C-level exposure and engagement on senior management level) and project management in cross-functional project teams
User and employee centricity is accustomed in the style of working
Excellent interpersonal, collaboration and communications skills, active, hands-on way of working with others and looking beyond the horizon
English and German language is required fluently
