What You Will Do
- You implement and further develop BayWa r.e.´s group-wide, preventive compliance management system with a focus on anti-corruption, antitrust law, the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act and anti-money laundering
- You design and implement a unified digital approach to business partner compliance
- You further develop and technical implement the internal training concept
- You communicate regulatory requirements in a understandable way to guarantee that the management and internal staff recognizes the relevance of major compliance topics
- You conduct business partner screenings and compliance due diligence by monitoring and improvement of general compliance documentation
- You cooperate with functional teams and managers to ensure effective implementation of the compliance management system
- You develop suitable instruments, such as compliance guidelines and processes for reducing and controlling risks
What You Bring
- The foremost quality for this position or any position at BayWa r.e. is integrity
- Degree in economics, business law or comparable studies
- At least 3 years of experience in compliance, preferably an internationally operating company
- Excellent knowledge of regulatory and compliance processes, with relevant experience in at least one of the fields of anti-corruption, antitrust, Supply Chain Due Diligence Act and anti-money laundering
- Project management (PMP and PMO) and/or IT experience is an advantage
- Experience developing compliance frameworks while leveraging technology
- Experience in working in international corporate environments and intercultural sensitivity
- Fluently in English and German
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, organizational and time management skills
