As we continue to grow dynamically, we´re seeking a Compliance Manager (m/f/d) to become an integral part of our Compliance department in Munich.

What You Will Do

You implement and further develop the BayWa r.e. group-wide Compliance Management System with focus on antitrust law, anticorruption, and money-laundering prevention
You develop, update, and ensure the effective implementation of comprehensive compliance policies and procedures
You participate in compliance risk assessments in the respective business unit
You develop and deliver content for both in-person and online compliance training sessions
You conduct thorough business partner screenings and meticulously review draft contracts
You conduct compliance due diligence for the relevant M&A projects
You serve as the first point of contact for various compliance-related inquiries

What You Bring

The foremost quality for this position is integrity
Degree in law, business law, economics, or comparable field of study
A minimum of 3 years hands-on compliance experience
Experience working in an international environment with intercultural sensitivity is a plus
Fluency in both English and German
Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and time management skills
