For the next possible date we are looking for you as Compliance Manager (f/m/d) in full or part time to expand our team in Munich.

What You Will Do

You implement and further develop BayWa r.e.’s group-wide preventive compliance management system with a focus on anti-corruption, antitrust law and money-laundering prevention
You advise employees and the management on the mentioned compliance topics
You draft and update compliance policies and procedures
You develop and deliver online and face-to-face compliance trainings
You conduct business partner screenings (including contract review) and compliance due diligence
You cooperate with functional teams and managers to ensure effective implementation of the compliance management system
You bring new ideas to improve our internal compliance processes

What You Bring

The foremost quality for this or any position at BayWa r.e. is integrity
Degree in law, business law, economics or comparable studies
First experience in compliance, preferably in a law firm or an internationally operating company
Excellent knowledge in at least one of the following compliance areas: antitrust law, anti-corruption or money-laundering prevention
First experience in working in international environment and intercultural sensitivity
Fluently in English and German
Excellent written and verbal communications skills, organizational and time management skills
