For the next possible date we are looking for you as Compliance Manager (f/m/d) in full or part time to expand our team in Munich.
 

What You Will Do

  • You implement and further develop BayWa r.e.’s group-wide preventive compliance management system with a focus on anti-corruption, antitrust law and money-laundering prevention
  • You advise employees and the management on the mentioned compliance topics
  • You draft and update compliance policies and procedures
  • You develop and deliver online and face-to-face compliance trainings
  • You conduct business partner screenings (including contract review) and compliance due diligence
  • You cooperate with functional teams and managers to ensure effective implementation of the compliance management system
  • You bring new ideas to improve our internal compliance processes

What You Bring

  • The foremost quality for this or any position at BayWa r.e. is integrity
  • Degree in law, business law, economics or comparable studies
  • First experience in compliance, preferably in a law firm or an internationally operating company
  • Excellent knowledge in at least one of the following compliance areas: antitrust law, anti-corruption or money-laundering prevention
  • First experience in working in international environment and intercultural sensitivity
  • Fluently in English and German
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills, organizational and time management skills
