We utilise our international experience as well as the expert knowledge of our local teams to deliver centralised, state-of-the-art data management and monitoring. About the role

Due to expansion in our operations team, we are recruiting an Operations Coordinator to support our Regional Site Management and HV Teams in managing safe operations of a large portfolio of Wind Assets. This newly created role will provide Admin support and efficiency improvements to the operation and team. The role will be based at our Edinburgh office.

What You Will Do

  • Support the safety and efficiency of our team and site operations through organisation of team records and admin tasks.
  • Respond to daily requests for admin support from the Lead Regional Site manager and HV Manager.
  • Maintain FRM (Field Resource Manager) by making sure all templates are created and readily available for all tasks
  • With the support of Team schedule in and dispatch all works, both preventative and reactive maintenance daily using FRM
  • Manage KPI trackers, highlight trends and anomalies
  • Documentation and filing standardization
  • Support monthly & annual reporting tasks
  • Support with our Breeze system where required for site management admin Tasks
  • Support the Team Leads with booking training requirements and training records upkeep
  • Travel and hotel booking as required
  • Co-ordinate tool and equipment calibration and manage trackers
  • Support quoting and invoicing when where required and trackers to support this
  • Coordinate vehicle maintenance and maintain tracker
  • Keep records for Tools, PPE and Equipment and highlight test dates
  • Help organise team meetings and annual team events
  • Contribute to Thrive cost saving and other company initiative

What You Bring

  • You will have experience of working in a professional office environment and supporting a team with a range of administrative tasks
  • You will be proficient in use of MS office packages (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) and SharePoint
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic
  • Personable and approachable
  • Calm under pressure
  • Proactive and willing to act on own initiative
  • A team player, willing to provide support to all colleagues
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and able to manage a range of priorities
  • Good attention to detail
  • Require minimum supervision
  • Able to maintain the highest standards of confidentiality
  • Occasional travel may be required to our other offices and sites in the UK or Germany
