Due to our dynamic growth, we are expanding our team in Vietnam and are currently looking for a C&I Project Manager:
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan and manage all the project milestones for a C&I project, including obtaining firm specifications and estimated from sub-contractors.

Support the commercial manager in the preparation of the project financial program, plan for inspections, delivery, and financial obligations for the project.

Manage the project execution process with subcontractors and the in-house project team

Understand defined needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes for the project pipeline

Devise and review specifications required to meet engineering standards and review construction work scope.

Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines permits and other legal obligations
-
Manage the construction development procedures and deliverables to identify deviations from quality standards from sub-contractor contracts and Bill-of Materials

Inspect final installation with engineering and report any deviations for rectification
-
Review third-party inspection reports and ensure items are per the executed contract and design specifications

Submit detailed reports to appropriate executives
-
Evaluate subcontractors post performance for scoring and share findings with relevant functions.
YOUR SKILLS
-
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical), Electrical Engineering preferred
-
5+ years’ experience preferably on construction sites for Infrastructure/Energy projects
-
Possessing Construction Management & Construction Supervision Capacity Certificates (or similar) would be a strong advantage
-
Understand Commercial & Industrial PV Solar Projects or similar Infrastructure projects
-
Ability to manage Project staff and subcontractors.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment
-
Experienced in analysing site-specific project strategies & developments
-
Knowledge of FM Global would be an advantage
-
Local knowledge and understanding of On-Site Safety & the general regulation for construction/project compliance

Experience in project risk assessments for Solar PV projects, including for high voltage, working with heights, lifting & rigging
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Be able to communicate clearly in English

Proficient in MS Office
