The Corporate Organisation & Change team is on a journey to provide data-based decision making preliminary work for strategic and tactical decisions for senior management. Through business process and value stream analysis we want to continuously transform and develop business excellence within the organization of BayWa r.e. To strengthen our Corporate Organisation & Change team in Munich, we are currently looking for a Business Process Intelligence Data Manager (f/m/d).
 

What You Will Do

  • You will analyze complex business processes, value streams and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers
  • You will identify and interpret trends and patterns in relevant datasets to understand organizational challenges
  • You will construct forecasts, recommendations and strategic/tactical to-be processes based on business data and organizational benchmarks
  • You will combine large and disparate data sources for ad hoc analysis
  • You will define, develop, enhance and track metrics and dashboard requirements to deliver results and provide insight and recommendation on value streams and processes
  • You will use advanced data analysis and tools to ensure analytics are valid, meaningful and provide actionable and comprehensive insights
  • You will support digitizations of core processes and help the team to answer strategic questions, make insightful data-driven decisions and properly design new initiatives
  • You will provide technical advice, consultation and knowledge to others within the relevant Organisation & Change Team, as well as internal customers
  • You will create relevant reports and present on process data across various platforms (e.g. Automation and Process Engines like Power Platform and Signavio) and present trends and patterns

What You Bring

  • Relevant Bachelor's degree and relevant certifications
  • 3 - 5 Years Data Analysis Experience
  • Experience in programming languages such as SQL, Python/R
  • Data Integration experience via Azure Data Factory or SSIS
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong Excel skills and Power Platform (e.g. BI)
  • Excellent listening, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and build sound working relationships
  • Detail-oriented Ability to work independently
  • Understandig of current data protection and privacy laws
  • Development & Configurations of reporting layers using REST API functionalities
  • Dashboard Creation & Analysis (e.g. Power BI, Signavio Process Intelligence or equivalent)
  • Very good English skills are required, German is a plus
