Due to the global implementation of Workday as a Finance & Controlling Tool, we are expanding our team and are currently looking for a Business Process Analyst (f/m/d) in Munich, Berlin, Paris, Milan, Madrid, Warsaw or in one of our many other European office locations:

What You Will Do

In Phase 1:
  • Develop test cases and assist with unit testing & end-to-end testing efforts related to finance, accounting and controlling business processes (AP, AR, GL, Project, Time, Expense, etc.)
  • Document global and local country business processes and workflows and identify process changes with the new solution
  • Lead change management
  • Develop training materials and assist in delivering trainings for the FiCo solution
  • Provide Go-Live Support
In Subsequent Phases:
  • Conduct design and requirements gathering sessions for the implementation of additional features and additional country implementations, documenting the outcomes, and translating into effective streamlined technical solutions
  • Guide country-specific test case development & testing efforts
  • Provide Tier 2 support to live internal customers (troubleshooting issues not resolved by local administrators)
  • Manage release cycles of new functionalities
  • Document future enhancement requests and analysis on existing processes
  • Identify areas of improvement and develop action plans
  • Work with external auditors, end-users and IT to ensure compliance
  • Develop auditing processes to ensure data integrity and system accuracy

What You Bring

  • University degree in a relevant field, or a comparable qualification
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience within Finance in a multinational working environment
  • Hands-on design and implementation experience in Finance & Controlling solutions like Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle Netsuite or Workday
  • Experience in leading requirements gathering sessions and documenting outcomes, including designing process flows and helping to define test scripts
  • Used to agile working, e.g. as scrum master or product owner
  • Fluent English is a requirement
  • Willingness to travel (10-20%)
  • Familiarity with Workday Financial Management or HCM is a plus
