Business Analyst (d/f/m)
What You Will Do
- You analyze and model customer business cases (e.g. On-site PPA or EPC) in consideration of techno-economical aspects of renewable energy projects and energy market rules across Europe.
- You develop, maintain and improve financial models and analysis tools for the development, construction and operation of utility-scale solar projects (e.g. EPC and PPA models)
- You analyze financial data and prepare reports to provide insights and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
- You collaborate with the technical & commercial teams like IT, Engineering, Project Management, Sales or Procurement, to set up customer-oriented solutions & processes.
- You assist in crafting compelling PPA offers for commercial and industrial customers (corporate PPAs) by modeling different pricing structures scenarios, and profitability analyses.
- You assist in the coordination of the development aspects (e.g. permitting, licensing, grid connection management) of new-built solar projects.
- You assist in overviewing a portfolio of On-site PPA projects and coordinating due diligence and approval processes with internal and external stakeholders.
- You support the harmonization of finance, IT & business processes within the organization.
What You Bring
- You have at least 5 years of job experience in analyzing business environments.
- You have experience with financial models and valuation of investments.
- You have experience in other renewable energies and/or construction industries.
- You have an academic degree in in the field of Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science or comparable.
- You are fluent in English. German language skills are an advantage
- You understand yourself as a commercial team member with strong interests in IT Tools and Process Management
- You are proficient in MS office, expert in Excel and have advanced experience with other IT / CRM Systems. We currently use Salesforce & SAP
- You have a very structured way of working and strong analytical skills.
- You show a fast comprehension in new and complex contexts, flexibility, solution orientation and a team driven personality
