About the role

To strengthen our Applications team in Munich, we are looking for you as a Senior System Specialist (f/m/d). You are fully responsible for the service. With your professional and service-oriented skills, you will further develop the service and thus contribute to the success of BayWa r.e. AG.

What You Will Do

You and your team have end-to-end responsibility for the services "Applications & Platform Services" and "Monitoring"
You manage and optimize the Atlassian and Adobe platform with a focus on Jira, Confluence and Adobe Sign
You are constantly developing and expanding the monitoring
You configure and manage new and existing monitoring queries
You process incoming incidents and service requests
You create and optimize the of service processes
You coordinate the external service providers
You create and update the documentation

What You Bring

Completed training in the IT sector (IT specialist system integration or IT system electronics technician) or comparable
At least 3 years of experience in the administration of Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms (preferably Atlassian, Adobe)
Very good knowledge of the Atlassian products Jira and Confluence as well as Adobe Sign
Many years of experience in the operation and further development of the PTRG monitoring system
Extensive knowledge in the creation and administration of monitoring queries
Experience in the management and implementation of projects
Certification in project management or agile methodology
Very good communication skills and a solution- and service-oriented way of working
Proactive independent way of working and high ability to work in a team
Very good German (B2 Better C1) and English (B2 Better C1) spoken and written
Willingness to perform and learn as well as reliability and punctuality
Presentation of a simple certificate of good conduct
