act renewable GmbH is an independent strategic renewable energy advisory, head-quartered in Munich, Germany. We are an international team, motivated by the ambition to accelerate and simplify the path to zero-carbon emissions for multi-national corporates.

Due to our dynamic growth, we are expanding our team in Munich and are currently looking for an Administration and Team Support (f/m/d):

Your tasks

  • Internal financial reporting and organization with accounting
  • Invoicing process management and execution
  • Contract management with clients

Your profile

As act renewable is a dynamic, fast-growing start-up, with clients and partners around the world. We are expecting a dynamic person, who can deal with a fast-paced and diverse workday, take the responsibility for operating the necessary business processes to enable us to perform effectively as a team.
  • Min. 3 years of experience in admin support and team management and task execution
  • Good skills and experience with MS Office, incl. Power Point, Word, Excel
  • Experience with internal financial reporting, invoicing, contracting etc
  • Some HR coordination experience
  • Systematic, well-organized, and good at driving tasks
  • Spoken and written English and German at a high level
  • An independent, well-organized, and diligent colleague who is able and motivated to work across diverse tasks areas
  • Capable of supporting an international team with both responsibility areas as well as day-to-day operational support
  • A colleague who can keep calm, build, and execute fundamental operational processes in a fast-paced environment
  • A colleague who has a knowledge and interest in finance, invoicing and reporting and HR
  • A positive attitude, motivated by environmental sustainability topics and the interests of multinational corporates in their approach to renewable energy
  • You are technically and digitally inclined
