We have a great opportunity for you to join our team as an Accounts/Office Administrator, based in either our Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane hub.  Candidates must have the right to work in Australia without restriction or sponsorship.

What You Will Do

The position is for an enabler of the renewable’s revolution. You will:
  • Support the FiCo Team in end-to-end accounting and reporting for 27 entities, including AP/data entry.
  • Provide secondary support and process improvements.
  • Initiate payment run preparation 
  • Perform relevant administrative tasks such as credit card entry and reconciliation, purchase order creation, supplier onboarding/screening, invoice processing, matching, and verifying. 
  • Manage expense claim processing and reconciliation 
  • Xero invoice management and coding 
  • Austroclear data entry 
  • General office management duties including seamless coordination of all Australian hubs
  • Employee travel management 
  • Administration support to the overall team
  • Complex intercompany reconciliations

Your profile

  • Have 1-2 years Accounts Payable Experience, or experience in a similar role
  • Able to manage and maintain system processes
  • Ability to work in an unstructured environment
  • Commercially minded
  • Demonstrate high interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software applications such as Xero
  • Strong attention to details 
  • Ability to work autonomously
