Energy Solutions, we offer integrated renewable energy solutions such as PV roof-top and ground-mounted installations, solar carports with integrated e-mobility concepts and battery storage systems, as well as financing concepts, including leasing and power purchase agreements. Drawing on our years of expertise in the sector, we work closely with clients to identify the energy sourcing mix that best matches their needs. About the role
As a part of FiCo team, you will support the overall finance and accounting. Your particular focus will be to support the Malaysia sites and communicate with the FiCo in SEA. The position will be based in our office in Putrajaya, Malaysia

What You Will Do
• Prepare monthly management accounts.
• Perform month end closing activities and financial analysis includes preparation of financial data, making appropriate adjustment and providing financial analysis to facilitate business decision support.
• Responsible for finance, banking, and operations of multi companies.
• Prepare tax filing, corporate tax, and audit compliance schedules.
• Work closely with APAC team on project, finance & accounting.
• Perform a variety of accounting and finance duties to support daily operation.
• Monitor and control all project cost and expenses.
• Preparation and issuance of intercompany invoices for relevant intercompany transactions.
• Prepare service level agreement between related companies to ensure markup can take place based on transfer pricing.
• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, company secretary as well as regulatory bodies in relation to the issues related to statutory account, statutory filling, and audit compliance, as well as internal control compliance.
• Any other task assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

What You Bring
• Preference for the candidate with Degree in Accountancy / Finance or ACCA/CIMA professional qualification.
• Minimum 3 years audit or commercial accounting related experience.
• Well-versed in financial reporting, with strong knowledge of MFRS and IFRS
• Good command of English.
• Proficient in handling Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
• Good interpersonal, negotiating, time management and leadership skill.
